What happens when I reach 100 customers?
Once you hit the 100-customer limit, new customers won't be able to join your program. Existing customers are never affected. Contact us for a custom plan if you need more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. After you cancel, your business page stays up, but you can't onboard new customers or give points, stamps or rewards until you subscribe again.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers simply visit your unique link, verify their phone with an OTP, and add their loyalty card directly to Apple or Google Wallet. No app needed.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is $120/year — that's $10/month, saving you $24 compared to monthly billing.
How long does business verification take?
Usually 1–2 hours. We review every new business, then send you an email and an in-app notification once you're approved.
