What happens when I reach 100 customers?
Once you hit the 100-customer limit, new customers won't be able to join your program. Existing customers are never affected. Contact us for a custom plan if you need more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your program stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Customers simply visit your unique link, verify their phone with an OTP, and add their loyalty card directly to Apple or Google Wallet. No app needed.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is $120/year — that's $10/month, saving you $24 compared to monthly billing.
